We will send out an email with the instructions on how to attend the event approximately one week prior to the event for which you registered. That email will also have attachments with the handouts and other materials related to the event. The email will explain how to attend both the webconference as well as teleconference components of the event and will also have a link to allow you to test your system prior to the event.
