This one hour webcast will focus on understanding the requirements for exporters of pet products in complying with the Foreign Trade Regulations 15CFR Part 30 and the Export Administration when filing AES (Automated Export System). Not understanding the requirements and regulations will leave the USPPIs and Agents in a precarious position and subject to fines and penalties of up to $10,000 per violation.
This webcast will review the many elements of the Electronic Export Information as mandated by the FTR, and also the new requirements that took effect on April 5, 2014 from the June 2008 Foreign Trade Regulations.
